Appointment Notification
To help improve our service to our patients, we have implemented a telephone appointment reminder system, House Calls TM, to provide you with the courtesy of a timely, efficient reminder of your next scheduled appointment.House Calls TM will call you a few days prior to your next appointment to give you the day, date, and time of your appointment. You will also be able to confirm your appointment by using your telephone keypad and pressing the following keys any time during the message:

| Press the # 2 Key to: | Replay this message. |
If you are unavailable when the call is made and have a voice mail or an answering machine, the system will leave you a brief message.
